What's on?
Building on the success of our Muslim Women Project "Talk Tell Share" we are now transcribing some of these stories to put into a book format.

We are also carrying out "Asian Connections" recording stories from Indian and Chinese people who are sharing with us their reasons for coming to Scotland and how this has impacted on their life today.

The Book "Dana's Chinese New Year"
Dana's Chinese New Year

The author, Kong Qian Herd, aims to provide accurate information about the Chinese New Year. She had planned to publish such a book two years ago when reading some inaccurate information on the Chinese New Year in some newspapers and magazines. She emailed the editors of the publications to provide correct information, but didnt get any response. The author decided to publish a book on the Chinese New year, considering this is the responsibility of a native Chinese person.

This book is the story formed through the transmission of information, how to celebrate the Chinese New Year of the whole process, which is worth recognition and learning.
