Gujarati Cookery Workshop
Rainbow Lives held a Gujarati Cookery Workshop on 29.7.09 in Limekilns, Fife. Participants had an opportunity to watch as well as have “hands on” experience of cooking and eating vegetarian food.
The Gujarati vegetarian menu offered Rice, Dahl, Chapattis, Poppadom, Peas and Potato curry, Bhajia and Lapsi.
Health benefits of Indian spices were also discussed.
